We want you to feel confident and fast in your JOLYN suit, so if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags and hygienic liners still attached to qualify for a refund.

Indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

Print and Pack

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unwashed and unworn items in the original packaging if possible.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the suit, we will process your refund or ship your new gear.
